Job Description: Who you’ll work with:
Cisco Networking – This group consists of different business units that develops various products for Enterprise Networks as well as Service Provider networks. This includes but is not limited to products related to Cloud Native, Mobility, Cable, Optical and Routing products.

We are moving all the teams in this group to Jira. This will be an excellent opportunity to work with world-class teams to help them move to Jira and set it up to support the processes followed by the teams. There will be a need to create connectors between Jira and other tools that are already in use by the teams.

You are an experienced engineer who can help in the delivery of multiple complex projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner.
You are passionate about Jira and willing to find solutions to help teams use Jira in implementing their processes.
You can build, maintain, and scale infrastructure Jira Cloud.
Willing to jump in, learn and work in a distributed team of fantastic engineers
WHAT skills are required:
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud product suite administration
Experience with Atlassian Access, Jira Software. Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, and Statuspage
Experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) and JSON
Experience with building custom solutions and integrations with Jira Service Management and Jira Software
Advanced experience with various Atlassian product features like Jira
Automation, Advanced Roadmaps
Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile frameworks
WHAT skills are desired:
Experience with Jira Align or Aha Roadmaps
Experience with REST & Graph APIs. (Microsoft, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Service Now)
Groovy and JavaScript development.
AWS CLI and AWS Services etc.)
Knowledge of single sign-on protocols/standards such as SAML and SCIM
Experience with Atlassian Access SO integration with Azure AD (Active Directory)
Experience with Atlassian product apps/add-ons such as Insight (CMBD)
Conceptual and practical understanding of ITIL and CI/CD
ACP-120 Jira Administrator for Cloud certification
ACP-620 Managing Jira Cloud Projects certification
