About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven person to align our People initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing People solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organisational skills. The noteworthy People Operations partner should improve people initiatives, enhance people morale, enhance relations between people, contribute to attaining business goals and promote good People practices.
Developing people strategies, policies, and practices. Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Managing people wellness initiatives and engaging with people across the organisation.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage and oversee employee off-boarding.
Making recommendations to improve People Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.
Ensuring the integrity of people’s data.
Participating in additional people-ops related projects.
About You:
The person should have 6+ years of experience in HR and HR Operations with responsibilities around employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance. This person will be the business’s point of contact and support the team in these areas.
Degree in Human Resources Management.
Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive nature and excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of People systems and databases
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.
