Job Purpose and Impact
The Robotic Process Automation Engineer III will provide appropriate business process automation solutions for defined areas by maximizing the best in class technologies. In this role, you will apply expertise of robotic process automation to maximize business process efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
Implement the company’s robotic process automation corporate strategy in alignment with business strategy and global portfolio of applications for defined areas and regions.
Analyze business processes and develop software tools that automate routine tasks through existing user interfaces and design, document and provide guidance for the execution of related robotic process automation activities.
Deliver a portfolio of robotic process automation projects by driving technology life cycle, monitoring alignment to defined standards for the design, development and implementation within region while evaluating process proficiency and making qualified delivery to achieve business goals.
Evaluate industry trends and vendor products in collaboration with solution owners and architects including robotic process automation, business intelligence, machine learning and digital assistance.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Confirmed analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Five years of solution architect and three years in Automation.
Experience in machine learning algorithms and robotic process automation tools like Blur Prism, Automation Anywhere and UI Path.
