About the Team: The mission of our AT&T Digital Strategic Platform Infrastructure Operations teamis to operate a fault resilient, customer-centered, proactive Centralized DevOps team. The team is responsible for AT&T transform and migrate our existing consumer technology platform to a modernized, cloud-native platform hosted in a hybrid/multi-cloud. Job Summary: We’re looking for an energetic self-starter and quick learner Sr DevOps engineer with attention to detail, collaborate with Scrum teams to deploy and operate applications, automate, and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues across all environments in both on-prem and hybrid cloud platforms. Collaborate with internal team and our clients create scalable, reliable cloud deployment infrastructures. Manage and Improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment setup and leverage best practices on DevSecOps, such as Infrastructure-as-Code and immutable infrastructure. Ideal candidate will have excellent technical expertise, project management, agile development, DevOps principles and excellent planning and communication skills. Experience Level: 6 – 12 years Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build, Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process tools for both on-prem and Cloud Platforms.
• Automate different phases of the DevOps pipeline.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum Teams in creating automated DevOps Delivery pipelines and efficiently manage Microservice Architecture applications deployments into multiple environments up to production.
• Trouble shoot and diagnose issues / outages and Provide operational support internal environments.
• Analytically diagnosis system events and alarms with emphasis on elimination of reoccurrence
• Ability to provide timely and informative follow-up to issue tickets
• Using monitoring tools to find problems, resolve and/or escalate ensure that we exceed SLA

Shift timing (if any):

• Shift falls typically between 6 am to 10 PM India standard time. Occasionally may have to work long hours in situations when it is needed.

Primary / Mandatory skills:

• Overall Experience: 6 – 12 years’ experience in CI/CD Engineers with Infra Operations supporting environment managing large scale applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Migration of Java based On Prem application to Cloud environment and integration using GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus
• Experience in Python, Shell Script, Kubernetes, Redis
• Managing webservers, app servers, cache engines, configuration management, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, Maven
• Experience in Java, Nodejs, Python, Shell scripts, Kubernetes, Redis and cloud environment.
• Solid understanding of Unix, Networking and Prod Support and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Solid understanding of managing webservers, app servers, cache engines, configuration management, CI/CD, Jenkins
• Solid understand and experience in Application Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, ELK, Azure Insights, etc.
• Having experience in Infrastructure Resource, Network, Container, Synthetic, JVM monitoring using Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to work in a Global team

Secondary / Desired skills:),

• experience in Agile, Lean Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologies: 2 – Novice (limited experience)
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering preferred
