Roles &responsibilities include: ·
Inquiry Handling over call, mail, and chat.
Cold Calling and arranging the pick-up.
Daily follow up with prospects.
Maintain daily and monthly report.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of CRM software.
