Role is 4 days per week, office-based in Thane, Mumbai with 1 day working from home.
Job Description
Overall Job Responsibility:
Complete all administration duties as directed by the Assistant Marketing Manager or
Marketing Manager.
Complete simple marketing duties and designs.
Attend promotion events as required.
Managing inventory of marketing department supplies.
MAIN DUTIES:
Respond to inbound messages on social media and google reviews, advising candidates of our process if required.
Keep our website up to date and edit as required.
Post vacant roles on Company website.
Work on the recruitment CRM to highlight useful data and trends as required.
Continuously review our digital presence, ensuring that we are present Remedium in the best possible light.
Support the Assistant Marketing Manager with the logistics of Company promotional events and conferences in India.
Manage and maintain the correct filing and organisation of all marketing assets, including testimonials, photos, stock imagery and videos.
Support the marketing team in UK & India with all appropriate administration duties as required.
Create simple designs and editing existing templates for social media posts using Canva.
Upload social media posts to Hootsuite, adhering to our content calendar deadlines.
Complete hashtag research for each social media post to ensure it reaches the intended market.
Complete keyword research for each blog to ensure it reaches the appropriate demographic.
Upload blogs to WordPress, ensuring the Company meets all SEO requirements.
Liaise with vendors in India as required by the Assistant Marketing Manager.
Be a guardian of Remedium brand and champion our Remedium Values.
Qualifications
Excellent command of English – both written and spoken (essential).
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Confident personality with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up business.
Educated to degree level – a degree in business or marketing would be advantageous.
Experience using the adobe creative suite (desirable).
