ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

What role you will play in our team

Provide technical support for safe and efficient ExxonMobil product usage at customer end.

Develop technical solution with ExxonMobil product to meet customer requirements.

What you will do

Maintain close relationship with customer and OEMs (Original Equipment and Manufacturer).

Collaborations with business team to build and maintain deep knowledge of market trends and to gain alignment with end user requirements.

Identify and pursue opportunities generated from cross functional market development teams.

About you

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or Ph.D in chemical science, polymer Engineering or Plastic Engineering from a reputed college with minimum 70% and above (equivalent CGPA)?

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer/product/application development, technical development and support R&D (Research and Development) and product testing.

Minimum 5 years of experience in responsible roles in Polymer industry.

Film or auto compounding formulation experience preferred.

Prior work experience in plastic and resin industry, petrochemical industry, automobile industry and compounding conversion industry

Experience in BOPP/cPP solution development.

Compounding experience – Automotive and master batches

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities

Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Individual having experience in PP (Polypropylene) films, BOPP (Biaxially-Oriented (BO) Polypropylene (PP))/ cPP (cast polypropylene film) conversion and flexible packaging solution development will be added advantage.

Individual having experience automotive and master batch formulation development, compounding and molding troubleshooting will be added advantage.
