Responsible to be in close contact with Crew / Manning agency for identifying and mobilising all marine/offshore construction/project personnel in accordance with crew rota plan.
Responsible for complete mobilisation and demobilization of marine and offshore construction / project personnel on the Company vessels.
Responsible for checking/verifying/maintaining records of crew licenses, certification/ training certificates / joining documents of marine/offshore construction/project personnel as required by ILO, Flag Administration, and local governing bodies as per latest regulations.
Responsible to be in close contact with Vessels and Port Agencies for Crew Mobilisation / Demobilisation.
Responsible for collating and verifying all crew documents needed for applying Work permits / NED passes / MOHA as Project requirement.
Responsible for updating and maintaining the Crew Database System with complete crew records required for Flag Audits and Inspections.
Responsible for checking / verification of crewing invoices raised by Vendors and uploading the same on SAP / Ariba.
Monitors and verifies payroll of all engaged crew.
