OLX Hiring for Dealer Relationship Manager at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

We are looking for a Dealer Relationship manager, driving Dealers according to goals. For this role, you will work with dealers & Auction Team. Identifying the dealers to be called and convincing them to increase the bids.

The job location is Bangalore, India, #LI-onsite.

What you will do:
Ensure auction participation through calling to dealers.

Achieve daily and monthly targets of dealer participation, procurement and cars sold.

Suggest ways to improve product and processes for better dealer experience.

Handle dealer grievances and get them resolved through team members.

Who we’re looking for:
Excellent relationship management and mul;titasking skills.

Good Convincing skills paired with understanding of business

Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work experience of 3+ years into Inside Sales/Tele sales profile from an automobile background
