Product Management
•Developing New Products and Schemes and modification in existing products in the Used cars loan segment
•Approval, Rollout & Training of new product and schemes to all stakeholders
•Monitoring performance and profitability of schemes and products
Process, Policy Management
•Work along with other stakeholders to create & streamline the process with a Digital First approach
•Work along with Policy & Credit teams to bring about changes in policy as required
Sales Support & Channel Development
•Developing new business channels, including alternate and Digital
•Designing & implementing campaigns, sales contests and programs to grow business
•Supporting the sales teams in their various requirements
•Meeting key stakeholders like Channel Partners, Online Aggregators to get their feedback
Required Experience:
•Graduate from any stream, MBA would be preferred
•2-6 years of relevant experience in unsecured business loans industry
•1+ years of experience on product management
