We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Honda / TVS / Royal Enfield / Hero / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers. We require 1 Area Sales Executive per district so as to enhance customer reach & he required to be stationed at his hometown district and ensure complete area coverage from there.

  • Work Experience:- min 2-3 Yrs in Area Sales OR Area Business Development
  • Qualification:- Graduation(MBA preferred)

Job Location:- Transport Nagar, Lucknow (ट्रांसपोर्टनगर, लखनऊ)- Only Local / Permanent Resident of Lucknow will select (केवल लखनऊ के स्थानीय निवासिओंं का ही चयन होगा)

Interview Round:- 1st Round Telephonic / 2nd Round Face to Face at Lucknow Head Office

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):-

  • Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
  • Collect market feedback from retailers on product, pricing & schemes.
  • Customer Complaints Resolution.
  • Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.
  • Willing to Travel – min 15 days in a month travel to nearby outstation – Will be covering the allotted area intensively. The allotted area would be the same as the hometown of the candidate. Presence in the Distribution Hub required 1 day in a week.
  • Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.
  • Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.
  • Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.
  • Reporting : To the Hub Manager
  • Professional Employment– Will be working directly under the supervision of Honda Executives, which will provide a great exposure in the Automobile Components Industry.

Necessary Key Requirements:-

  • Two Wheeler & Valid Driving License
  • Basic computer skills – Mail, MS Excel
  • Proficiency in Local Language
  • Adhaar Card

Compensation & Benefits:-

  • Salary:- Rs. 20,000-32,000/- per month (Negotiable) +
  • Minimum Monthly Incentive Rs 7,000-8,000/- (as per performance) +
  • Travel Allowance + Dearness Allowance +
  • Will be covered under PF & ESIC benefits. +
  • Will be provided Rs. 2 Lakh Accidental Insurance and Rs.1 Lakh Medical Insurance.
