Role & Responsibilities:

1. The Ads Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of advertising campaigns on the Google platform, including creating and optimizing ads, reporting performance and diagnosing issues.

2. Google Ads Management: Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) and drive relevant traffic to our website.

3. Facebook and Instagram Ads: Strategize and implement compelling ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to reach our target audience and increase brand awareness.

4. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for our advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and cost-effectiveness.

Key skills :

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads, Facebook Ads, digital campaigns, Digital Marketing seo, google ads, PPC, social media advertising
  • Report performance and diagnose issues
  • Generate reports with campaign data
  • Audit various campaigns against goals
  • Track progress of campaigns against goals
  • Provide feedback to clients on best practices for ad management
  • Follow all AdWords policies, guidelines, best practices and industry regulations

Qualification:

  • 0- 2 year of work experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Gained first work experience in a start-up, marketing agency or another fast-paced working environment
  • Strong experience in implementing Guerrilla marketing tactics
  • Experience with developing and executing SEM & SMM content and campaigns
  • Strong creativity and out of the box thinking for the development of engagement strategies
  • Experience with developing Direct Mail, collateral, signage and similar local tactics
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
