Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries and convert into business.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Sells products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Handling enquiry calls, extract leads from social media campaigns.
- Negotiation.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to review sales performance.
- Enter data into crm.
Key skills for sales executives:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Previous experience in automobile industry.
- Diploma in mechanical engineering/automobile stream.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
- Commercial awareness

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Diploma in automobile/mechanical stream.
- At least three (3) years of industry sales experience.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
