Johnson Matthey Hiring for Material Controller at Maneswar, Orissa Full Time

Responsible for all warehouse functions related to Store and Dispatch.

Implementation & Maintenance of all warehouse Procedures as per SOP.

Preparation of local GRN & Submission to finance in absence of other team member.

Issuance of PGM washcoat & process as per the requirements.

Responsible for daily dispatch from internal and external warehouse as per schedule.

Monitor & maintain Inventory of packing material

Reconciliation of raw material in external warehouse plus monthly stock checking SAP V/s PHY.

Responsible for making all documents like (Delivery Order, Road Permit, Packing List, pallet label, Invoicing of material, Eway-bill etc.)

Responsible for arranging the vehicle as per delivery schedule.

Maintain all type of MIS reports on weekly, monthly & yearly basis.

Ensure to check Physically and verify the material before dispatch.

Ensure to follow BMW system before dispatch of material.

Checking of transporter freight bill and submit to relevant person.

Preparation of delivery challan

Follow up with transporter for Inwarding of material

Follow up with internal departments for dispatch and inward related works.

Preparation DHL AWB and export invoices

Tracking of all shipments from JM premises to customer end

Training to manpower regarding packing and dispatch as required.

Responsible for internal part transfer to SCAT and QA

Do all work as additionally assigned by manager.

Participate in all type of statutory audits and ensure zero NC.
