POSITION – Engineer

DEPARTMENT – Production

QUALIFICATION – B.E Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical (3 Years)

EXPERIENCE – 3 years – 5 years

AGE-GROUP – 23 – 30 years

Job Responsibilities:
1 . Responsible for production plan vs actual as per shift .

2. Deep knowledge about the operations of Zinc die casting Process

knowledge – IPF CNC Offset basic, important process, Knowledge of Heat

treatment Machine.

3. Responsible for IATF, HIRA, AIA, 4M Change, Quality of production parts, setup

change over, Material issuance from store, Safety, oil and chemical handling, IATF,

OEE

4. Maintain Safety & 5S on shop floor.

5. To deploy the Shift manpower Handling/allocation as per Operators skill

upgradation using matrix by Training, Training Plan

6. To monitor and ensure all safety concern in their shop.

7. Rejection report and handling, rejection root cause analysis Troubleshoting &

Resolve problems arise in machines.

8. Document & Checksheet Preparation, Log book, Excel, Mail,FIFO, Lot card.

9. Do kaizens (cost saving, Quality improvement, safety etc)
