Nanavati Group, A leading automobile company bases in South Gujarat is looking for Corporate Manager@ Renault Showroom who can handle entire South Gujarat and get the business as per automobile market share.

A Corporate Manager in the automobile industry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of business operations within the company’s. This role involves healthy relation with corporate company’s HR & Purchase department , strategic planning, team management ensuring performance aligns with overall corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans with the overall corporate objectives/business.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies in the automobile industry.
  • Formulate strategies to improve market share, profitability, and competitive positioning.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads, including sales, marketing, service.
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages cross-functional cooperation.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Oversee sales and marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and customer engagement with Car Demo / Display / Events.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing campaigns and sales tactics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Corporate Companies, Government and Semi Government staff like Teacher’s, Police, SMC, Talati, Sarpanch (Rural) and many more.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in Corporate manager roles with Automobile, FMCG and retails.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant for data analysis and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
