Full Job Description
The Human Resources Executive at Chawla Auto Components will play a pivotal role in the overall management and development of our human capital. The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end HR functions, ranging from recruitment to performance evaluations, ensuring that our employees are aligned with the company’s values and objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
– Develop and oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
– Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration.
2. **Training and Development:**
– Identify training needs and organize both internal and external training sessions.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
3. **Performance Management:**
– Administer annual performance review processes.
– Assist department managers in setting objectives and KPIs for employees.
4. **Employee Relations:**
– Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns or disputes.
– Foster a positive working environment by implementing employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
5. **Compensation and Benefits:**
– Administer the company’s compensation program.
– Evaluate and recommend benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
6. **Compliance and Record-Keeping:**
– Ensure adherence to labor laws and other relevant regulations.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
7. **General HR Duties:**
– Participate in the development of organizational strategies by offering human resources perspectives and expertise.
– Communicate HR policies and procedures to all employees.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
1. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and HRIS systems.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
