A leading Pvt Ltd. Co. since 1990 has requirement of Male Administration executive with sound knowledge of Computer and Internet. Knowledge of social media platforms i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram.
We are looking for a reliable retired service personnel for the post of Office Administrator. He will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. Handling various administrative responsibilities.
Handling and managing calendar schedules of management.
Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise Office staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage travel arrangements for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management
Maintain a database of Dealers information, telephone logs, Emails and feedback in order to generate Sales for management whenever required.
Provide support to the Senior Administration when needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role (Retired personnel from any state/central/MES/Military/paramilitary serviceman required)
Good interpersonal abilities
Good organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and office management
Graduation in any relevant field is preferred
