Uma Motors Hiring for Maintenance Supervisor at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh

• Plan and execute maintenance activities of the civil, electrical, plumbing, ac maintenance and facility management functions
• 2) Manage a team comprising a mix of in-house technicians as well as contractual labour.
• 3) Supervision of minor projects executed by external vendors. Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
• 4) Manage Store-keeping function; coordinate with purchase, housekeeping,
• 5) Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
• 6) Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating , solar systems, effluent treatment plant, are well-maintained
• 7) Must have experience of handling jobs of slab or repairs of roof leakages, minor plumbing work etc.
• 8) To ensure zero accidents on the worksites and advise personnel to work with all safety measures
• 9) To highlight to the Management in case of any serious observation with regard to security and safety of workforce and guests.
• 10) To supervise and motivate staff to participate in mock safety drills or mock fire figting drills.
• 11) To be concerned about the cost of operations of the department and carry out all construction activity or repairs at the minimum of the cost without sacrificing safety.
• 12) Must be in a position to give his inputs into the designs of the office building or internal layout of office so as to ensure safe and convenient working for the staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
