Looking for Min 2.5Year Experience in automobile Industry

Good Spoken English – ResponsibiliƟes: • Performs basic inspecƟons, diagnosƟc and mechanic services for automobiles, ensuring opƟmal customer service and adherence to necessary safety regulaƟons when operaƟng machinery, equipment and tools inventories and requisiƟons stock and supplies and assists in facility maintenance. • WriƟng service orders and descripƟons of problems and repairs TranslaƟng customers repair problems into standard repair terminology Explaining repairs to customers Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs  EsƟmaƟng the cost and Ɵme needed for repairs handling customer complaints.  Diagnose the problem in vehicle and guide customer for service.  Providing on call or in person guidance for Ola customer  Proficient in MS word, excel and data management

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
