Job Description & Responsibilities:
Shift in charge to handle manpower in shifts.
Attending breakdown and taking countermeasure on repeated breakdown.
Carry out the 5’s Activities in designated section/area.
Ensure the departmental KPI achieve at all the time.
Maintain the machine data’s like History card, Check list, Electrical and Mechanical manuals etc.
Periodically carry out audit in Machine related to safety interlock effectiveness.
To maintain the documents as per IATF requirement.
To control the inventory of the spares.
To maintain the critical spare in order to avoid line stoppages.
Execute the preventive and predictive maintenance as per plan.
Carry out the kaizens and Co2 reduction activities.
Carry out necessary modification in machine as per the user department request.
Key Skills:
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Sound knowledge in using Mitsubishi PLC for trouble shooting and programming.
Sound knowledge in control wirings.
Sound knowledge In relay & contactor logics.
Sound knowledge in using Mitsubishi servo drives and servo motors.
Should have experience to work with GOT 2000
Should have good experience in Power circuit, Control circuit and panel designing.
Should have good experience in PLC programming
Should have basic knowledge in Transformer, Compressor.
Very good Communication and Presentation Skills (Verbal and written both)
Relevant experience in automobile industry in Maintenance department.
Should have basic knowledge in ISO14001 & IATF.
Should have basic knowledge in TPM & 5’s.

Creative, self-starter and Punctual.
Good team member having analytical thinking.
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical /Electronic
Experience: 4-6 years
Preferred Industrial Experience: Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Auto Components
