JOB PURPOSE

Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS.

Supporting manager in special machinery used for the airport firefighting, apron and runway. It includes coordinating with all stake holders external and internal in order to ensure uninterrupted operations at airport.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.To maintain uptime of all special vehicle used for the airport.

2.To monitor spares and consumables of all special vehicle to upkeep the special vehicles. Provide inputs to manager in terms of optimizing the spare consumption.

3.To monitor expenses as per approved AOP.

4.Adherence to PM Schedules and monitoring of repeated failures and corrective actions to restrict repeated failures

5.To complete approved Process Improvement Projects and implementation of Kaizen

1.AMC Contractors (like Volvo, Bharath Benz ,Tata etc.), Annual Maintenance Contractors, Equipment manufacturers, Service providers, sub-contractors

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

B.E Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering .

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Automobile Industry/Airport specialized system.

Exposure preferably in Industrial engines and heavy machinery.

Exposure in diagnosis of hydraulics and pneumatics systems in machinery

Exposure in upcoming latest engines fault diagnosis and electrical systems.

Familiar with IS and International codes, NFPA codes and computerized maintenance management systems are a must
