Applicant should
Possess 10+ years of work experience including 5+ years of experience in managing teams directly.
Internal applicants should be at DM career level or higher.
Should have relevant exposure in driving projects, stakeholder engagement and improvement initiatives.
Should have driven Global initiatives.
Must be passionate about people and should have leveraged various Q2OO platforms for driving both individual and team development.
Must be Agile and process a track record of being quick to adapt self as well as team on focus areas such as, Customer Centric Culture, Employee First initiatives, Culture of Innovation.
Team Status Quo is not an option. Applicant must have a proven track record of – driving improvements across team KPIs; of Collaborating with upstream and downstream teams towards achieving common goals; of initiating preemptive measures to mitigate both stakeholder as well as employee satisfaction issues; of identifying and plugging potential compliance issues.
Knowledge of Support Renewals and Education booking and revenue recognition process is an added advantage.
Competencies :As described in Oracle Core competency framework , revolving around 7 competencies at the desired proficiency level of M2 Eligibility:

Responsibilities
Responsible for improving key SLAs (Quality, Turn Around Time, attrition) for the team
Improve efficiencies within the team by way of Operational excellence and Automation initiatives
Effectively working with upstream and downstream teams to resolve transactional issues and put preventive actions
Conducts regular skip level meetings with team to ensure transparency is maintained and we set the right expectation with employees, also to ensure employees concerns are addressed
Ensure smooth functioning of month end and quarter end by ensuring activities are detailed out , responsibilities are aligned, monitored and reported on time
Independently manage teams with respect to quarter ends/month ends , KPIs, process complexity
Build working relationships with upstream downstream stakeholders for resolution of issues
Identify and Nurture Talent at IC1, IC2 and M1 level
Identify and remedy show stoppers
Implement change initiatives like culture of change, Culture of appreciation within teams
Ensure regular 1:1’s , Competency development is taken up for staff
Improve functional knowledge within team by increasing % of staff in process certifications
Anticipate contingency scenarios and work with RMRP team and Management in implementing RMRP plans
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities for Oracle Corporation. Directs staff activities to ensure accurate processing of all revenue related activities in accordance with corporate policies and Service Legal Agreements. Develop, manage, and implement systems to improve departmental processes and procedures. Work closely with other organizations to ensure that system enhancements and business processes are implemented. Identify, propose and initiate implementation of system enhancements and business process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with key players internally and in local countries.
