Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for making sales calls and ensuring that the team meets its sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Use of new-age tools to automate processes.
  • Understanding of sale funnel and firsthand experience to use them
  • Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably B2C , D2C sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
