Job Role: EMU Systems Engineer

Experience: – 3+ Yrs. of Experience

Location: – Bengaluru, Karnataka.

About the role:
In collaboration with the hardware, software and mechanical teams, you are responsible for the following areas:

The development and control of requirements on projects, including to traceability to lower level requirements and test artifacts

Work with customers to negotiate requirements

Develop and maintain artifacts to demonstrate compliance to customer and safety requirements, including collecting artifacts from other teams

Work with customers to gain acceptance on any deviations to requirements

Support audits from customers

Develop, maintain and improve the requirements and control process

Develop metrics and tools to track progress on projects

Develop training materials and best practices for requirements and control process

Create technical documents such as manuals, reports, specifications

Convey technical concepts in simple, clear instructions with detailed images such as charts or diagrams

Be intimately familiar with product features and functionalities

Desired Candidate Profile:
Master of Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering degree

Experience with requirements management concepts and tools

Experience in the design, development, and testing of electronics and software systems

Experience with the automotive industry and ISO-26262 Functional Safety preferred

A passion for continuous improvement through streamlined and optimizing engineering processes

Comfortable working with the ambiguity inherent in implementing new technologies and processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with technical contributors, projects leaders, executive management, and customers

Note – candidates with experience, DC-DC, BMS, ISO-Standards preferred.
