Finigenie is building a new-age digital Payments hub for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a Ecommerce company with businesses in Automobile, Agri and other Industries too. Finigenie is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

In parallel, Finigenie is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Finigenie Capital ).
Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Understand and articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products you are selling.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service throughout the sales process.
– Generate new leads through networking and cold-calling and follow up on leads provided by marketing.
– Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.
– Prepare quotes and proposals for potential customers, and negotiate pricing and terms as needed.
– Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
– Stay up to date on industry trends and developments and share this information with customers and team members.
– Attend trade shows and other events on behalf of the company.
– Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends.
– Train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
– Achieve monthly targets for gross margin and contribution to overhead.
Qualification & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
– 1- 3 years of proven sales experience with a solid track record of success
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong time management and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.

SALARY NEGOTIABLE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
