Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative content developer for an automobile company. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering high-quality content that

supports the sales, process, and product training needs of the organization. This role will require

creativity, collaboration, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative content for sales, process, and product training programs
• Collaborate with experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver content on-time
• Utilize a variety of mediums, including video, e-learning, interactive simulations, and written

materials

• Develop the product/process/soft skills training module that may include Program Design,

PPTs , Trainer Guides/Notes , Handout

• Ensure content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with the company’s brand and values
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for

improvement

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales, process, and product training
• Undertake research work (authentic online sources, technical manuals, service bulletins,

automotive handbooks, existing modules, etc.) to identify sources of information required for

development.

Requirements

• Graduate or B.E. in Automobiles/Mechanical or similar
• 3+ years of experience in automobile content development
• Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms
• Fair knowledge of picture editing, along with Audio/video editing preferred
• Well versed with online search engines [Google, Autocar, Wikipedia, etc.]
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Passionate about creating engaging and effective training programs
• Good command over Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• Must be Creative and have good Eye for detail with Analytical bend of mind
