BIW Welding Fixtures, Checking fixtures and Penal checkers design in 3D/2D.BWF Process sheet preparation ( MCP Layout,Tack Time calculation, Spot study, Ergonomics Study.Gun Study/ Gun Selection for BWF.Concepts preparation for BWF/ Panel checkers.Design Approvals with customer.Regular Coordination with manufacturing team.Active participation in quality system (ISO documentation
