Full Job Description
Designation:- Maintenance Engineer.
Qualification: DEE / B.E
Experience:- 0.6 to 05. years.
Salary : – 20.k to 40.k Gross.PM
As per company Standard (Depend on Experience Knowledge )
Location – Bhosari, Chakan(Pune)
Need working experience in required for Manufacture Automobile, Sheet Metal & Weld Shop & Auto Parts, Home Appliances, Auto Parts , Automobile Components Industry.
Facility -Transport & Canteen Facility Available
Job Responsibilities:-
Employee should having a Maintenance knowledge of spot welding Robot, CO2/MIG welding robot and welding gun.
Having Knowledge about PRESS SHOP MACHINES FROM 60T to 1200T. Press Machines.
Doing the Process Validation for Spot & Projection Welding.
Having fully Exposure for Press Machine , Moulding ( Mechanical & Robotic Operations ) upto 1200 T.
He should be able to PLC (, Siemens , Mitsubishi , ABB ) Programming knowledge.
His having a breakdown analysis skill.
His having a PLC siemens, Mitsubishi programing and diagnosis knowledge.
His having an electrical diagram and circuit fault finding knowledge.
His having a preventive Maintenance and predictive Maintenance skill.
Prefer knowledge in press shop machine Maintenance.
He should be able to know ISO/IATF and Documentation work for all maintenance , MTTF , MTTR & MTBF
