What would you do?

  • Verification and analysis of Technical Assistance Tickets based on available external support resources (Parts catalog, Dealer Assist & Standard labor time)
  • Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies
  • Investigate warranty claims & take appropriate decisionBe a process SME and take initiatives to improve team performance
  • Diagnose complex automotive claim and support dealer with an effective and quick solution to fix the concern
  • Control Module diagnosis as per new technology in Automotive
  • Verification and analysis of Technical Assistance Tickets based on available external support resources (Parts catalog, Dealer Assist & Standard labor time)
  • Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies
  • Investigate warranty claims & take appropriate decision
  • Be a process SME and take initiatives to improve team performance

What are we looking for?

  • Automobile/Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Auto industry Excellent written English skill Automobile/Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Automobile industry / Automotive DealershipWarranty part analysis / Field Engineers / Service EngineersExcellent written English skill

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To maintain quality and service standards of the Technical Assistance Claims processing team in support of the contracted Service Level Agreement.
  • Work effectively on Technical Assistance Ticket processing by taking appropriate decisions.
