We are currently looking for a Process Consultant .The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to details. She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to seniors

Note-: We are looking for long term prospective

Work Experience

Ø Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary / process coordinator

Ø At times an office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin, coordinating.

Educational Qualification

Ø Should have graduated from a secretarial college or MBA in Finance / Operation

Skill Set Required

Ø EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS Most important requirement

Ø Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.

Ø Good command over English.

Ø Should have knowledge about Google Tools- sheets, forms, docs.

Ø Should know about flight/ hotel booking (national / international)

Ø Handle all family health insurance claims, appointments and reconciliation of payments, events, travel & hotel booking, itinerary preparation etc

Ø Calendar Management, MIS report

Ø Appointment, Guest arrangement, Follow-up, Letter & email drafting

Ø Company Policy adherence
