A trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and materials to help employees or learners acquire specific knowledge, skills, or competencies required for their roles. Trainers play a crucial role in enhancing the performance, productivity, and professional development of individuals and teams within an organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a trainer or in a related role.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Trainer) may be preferred or required in some cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
