Key Responsibilities:

Financial Auditing:Conduct regular and ad-hoc financial audits to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial records, transactions, and statements.
Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and potential areas of risk or improvement.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Taxation Compliance:Collaborate with the tax department to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
Perform tax audits to verify the correctness of tax calculations and payments.
Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and changes to ensure the company’s compliance.

Physical Audit:Conduct physical audits of assets, inventory, and equipment to verify their existence and condition.
Ensure that physical assets are properly recorded in the company’s records.
Identify any discrepancies or irregularities and recommend corrective actions.

Payroll Checking:Verify payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Confirm that employee salaries, benefits, and deductions are calculated correctly.
Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.

Risk Assessment:Assess internal controls and processes to identify potential risks and weaknesses.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and control measures.

Reporting:Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Present audit results to senior management and provide insights for decision-making.

Compliance Monitoring:Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and action plans.
Ensure ongoing compliance with audit findings and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:Stay current with industry best practices, accounting standards, and auditing methodologies.
Continuously seek ways to improve internal audit processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
