Job Role:- Customer Service Executive

Experience:- Should have auto, BPO, call center Experience

Skills:- Good Communication , presentable, fluency in English, customer satisfaction

Job Profile:-

  • You are able to handle objections and overcome rejections. You are able to balance personal involvement and professional distance.
  • You understand the customer life cycle management and related functionalities in DMS.
  • Maintain Customers Data Base.
  • Scheduling an Appointment.
  • Keep close follow up of appointments for turn-up and in case of non-turn up, follow up with customers for subsequent rescheduling.
  • Follow up call to be made after 7 days of customer visit.
  • Record customer complaints received from various sources like email, letters, Service follow up, in-bound call.
  • Call proactively for Service due reminder to customers.

Skills:-

  • Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Good in Computer knowledge
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Presentable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
