JOB DETAILS

· Job Position: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE.

· Functional Area: Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)

· Number of Position : 10

· Location : New Delhi

· Experience : 4-8yrs Fresher’s also welcome.

· JOB DESCRIPTION:

a. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

b. Observing and learning from experienced staff members.

c. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

d. To answer incoming calls and explain the project and organization

e. To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers

f. To handle the queries of the customers and co-ordinate with the sales team for meetings

g. To maintain the MIS and reports

h. Follow-up with prospective buyers and schedule site visits.(VERY IMPORTANT)

i. Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.

· Skills Required:

a. Good communication skill.

b. Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.

c. Excellent communication skills and willing to work in voice process

· Working Days: Six days a week (Including Weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered weekly off during weekdays.

· Job Location : Jorbagh, New Delhi

· Language Preferred We are looking for English, Hindi.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
