Job title – Tolerance stack up analysis Engineer
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Production Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering
Post-graduation will be considered as added advantage.
Experience: Total 3-5 years of experience in Tolerance stack up analysis of big assemblies
Industry type: Automotive OEM, Auto Ancillaries (Tier 1, Tier 2 category) and Design services
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge and expertise in tolerance stack up analysis.
Good product knowledge (Transmission, Powertrain, Electric drives)
Excellent knowledge of different types of GD&T (interpretation and application)
Excellent knowledge of different ISO and ASME standards
Excellent knowledge of various concepts and principles of GD&T
Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in drawing reading and drawings review skills
Advance level knowledge of various manufacturing processes, assembly processes and inspection processes
Good expertise in Creo and Intralink
Good knowledge of product development process
Experience in 3D tolerance stack up analysis (CeTol/AutoCrear tool) is optional
Capable of smooth execution of project assignments according to requirements
