Job Role: Integration Testing Engineer
Experience: 3+ yrs. of work experience
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
About the Role
Hardware/Software system integration testing (White and Black-box) of electric vehicle sub-systems like, Battery, BMS, OBC, DC fast Charger, DC-DC converter, PDU, EMU, EVCC, etc
Coordinate with the AMP engineering team and customers & Analysis and fix the hardware and software issues when integrating AMP hardware into various electrified vehicles/systems.
RCA support at component, integration/system level at the customer site.
diagnose and debug the system issues at the customer site.
Test data analysis and test report generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 3+ Years of experience in System Integration Testing with Automotive/EV OEM/Tier1.
Hands-on experience in HW-SW Integration, System Integration/Vehicle Integration Testing.
Hands-on experience with electronics test equipment, e.g., power supply, electronics loads, oscilloscope, current and voltage probes, function generators, impedance analyzer, frequency spectrum analyzer, and grid simulator.
Experience with BMS, DC-DC, OBC, DCFC Charger, and EVCC Testing.
Experience with industry-standard communications interfaces, e.g. JTAG, CAN, and Ethernet
Experience and knowledge of CAN networks CAN tool like Vector CAN Analyser and DBC files
Ability to read and interpret component datasheets, PCB schematics, and layout design.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Eager to work in a fast-paced development environment.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
