Position: Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs.

Product Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge of MG vehicles and their features.
Stay updated on the latest MG models, specifications, and technology.
Assist customers in choosing the right MG vehicle based on their requirements.

Sales and Promotion: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass showroom sales targets.
Promote MG vehicles, accessories, and after-sales services.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

Customer Support: Coordinate with service and maintenance teams for timely customer service.
Address customer concerns and issues professionally and promptly.
Assist with warranty claims and service appointments.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate reports on customer feedback and sales performance.
Keep customer databases and CRM systems up-to-date.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Events and Promotions: Participate in showroom events, exhibitions, and promotions.
Network to expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and a passion for the MG brand.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹12,000.00 per month
