Relationship Manager Position
Organization: Nanavati MG Showroom

Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:

Create and maintain enduring connections with your customers. act as the main point of contact for client issues and questions. Develop a thorough understanding of MG automobiles and their attributes.

Sales and Marketing: Work together with the sales team to achieve or surpass showroom sales goals.

Customer support: Work together with the service and maintenance teams to give customers prompt, high-caliber service. Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and transactions. Documentation and reporting.

Market Research: Keep up with industry changes, rivals, and consumer preferences.

Events and Promotions: Take part in promotional events, exhibitions, and showroom events.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related subject is preferred as a must.
  • a track record of working with customers, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • excellent ability to solve issues

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹12,000.00 per month
