Designation: Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Must Have minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Department, from real estate industry , Automobiles and similar industries.
  • Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
  • Closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using systems.
  • Real estate sales executives prefer recommendations to buyers and usually refer them to property consultants who provide legal or mortgage services.
  • Maintain contact with clients in order to discuss future business opportunities. They also ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
  • To succeed on this job requires qualities such as negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 per month+ Handsome Incentive on Each Unit Sale
