Position : Automobile After-Sales Trainer

Location(s) : Bengaluru, KA

Experience : 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience as an Automobile After-Sales Trainer

Duration: Full-time

Qualification: Graduate in any stream with additional qualification / specialization in Sales and distribution in Automotive industry. Candidates with Instructional design background would be an added advantage.

Control and maintain learning ambience within the training session.

Provide constructive feedback on participant performance.

Conduct assessment and share results with participants/concerned.

Assign learning tasks after a training/before training.

Conduct certification.

Skills:
Should be fluent in English and Kannada or Regional languages

Should have adequate market knowledge, clear understanding of automobile industry, awareness of technology used in premium and super premium cars.

Excellent platform, participant orientation, group facilitation, presentation skills

Able to read, understand and interpret the written Information clearly.

Able to communicate and deliver Training in English, Hindi, Kannada and other regional languages.

Openness to travel frequently within India.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Conduct trainings as per the target set by the department to achieve organizational goals. Trainings are categorized as Classroom, on job training and coaching, virtual, assessment center and certifications. The type of trainings includes process, People training, Business Management training and IT Trainings for the Dealers and internal teams

Achieve learning objective through methodical approach, motivation, enthusiasm, exchange o experience, communication (statements and actions) and ethical principles

Develop new content, evaluation and assessment sheets and modify or update the existing content

Participation in brand events – like skill contest, prepare test papers, activities, evaluation, own up tasks and execute them from end to end

Best practice and innovation-Implement best practices in a year in trainings that impacts learning, reduces cost or improves operation efficiency

Build relationship and trust with all kind of participants by displaying responsible behavior, empathy and cooperation

Act as a brand ambassador, build relationships and trust, and display Brand values in the respective training (temperament, Brand standards, content/styles, attire, CI/CD etc)

Take and provide feedback, track targets and define corrective actions to achieve results (especially coaching)

Ensure training aids are available and arranged (Classroom, vehicles, manpower, props or any other support)

Trainer to continuously work on upgrading of sell-knowledge with the latest market/technology and best practices. Participate in trainer knowledge upgradation work shop, train the trainer programs, pedagogy workshops, online training and international training events

Prepare reports post training and share with desired stake holders within set timelines of event completion. Update reports on online portals, as applicable

Consultation to brands on key projects like DIC, Coaching etc
