Education : Any Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate

Gender : Male
Qualification : Diploma/ Bachelor’s in mechanical/ electrical/ electronics engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in production management in the automobile manufacturing industry. Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing production processes and systems. Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage a diverse team of production employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience of Production quality control and continuous improvement processes. Proficient in using production management in tally software and other relevant tools. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to adapt to changes in processes, policies, or procedures, and willingness to learn and improve continuously.
– Production planning, schedules, and budgets to meet production targets and timelines. – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance management. – Ensure quality control standards are met or exceeded by implementing quality control processes, conducting regular final inspections with help of QC, and addressing any issues. – Monitor production output, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. – Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. – Collaborate with engineering, research and development, and other departments to ensure products meet design specifications and are produced on time and within budget. – Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and technology to improve production processes and maintain a competitive edge. – Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, budget, and other relevant metrics to senior management. – Maintain ISO-IATF 16949:2016 documentations & implementation in production house.

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
