Job Summary
Ensuring 100% inquiries from customers are captured, distributed to the concerned supervisor or manager and follow up of the same. Ensuring 100% customer queries are responded. Capturing of customer complaints, and responding immediately within 30 minutes time and resolving the same within 24 hours.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensuring the implementation of quality of service provided to the customer.
  • Dealing with all types of customer complaints and resolving it immediately.
  • Preparing customer service reports in computer and mailing it to the management team.
  • Ensuring 100% quality of the service provided.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling.

Qualification: Diploma or Degree.

Skills: Excellent communication skill, customer service oriented attitude, and good computer skills.
