  • Graduation in any discipline with 5-8 years ofexperience in customer service / success role (Preferred in E-Commerce / Techenabled companies)
  • Excellent communication inEnglish and customer engagement skills
  • Tech savvy and able tolearn new technologies and tools quickly
  • Can-do attitude and theability to think on your feet
  • Ability to solve complexproblems quickly, inventively and resourcefully
  • Highly motivated andenergetic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work inalternating / rotational shifts
