Full Job Description
1)To understand and analyze market, develop a plan for stockiest parts sales targets
a) Primary Sales
b) Collections
c) Development and monitoring of retailer network and secondary sales
d) Development and monitoring of mechanic, end user channel, local promotions.
e) To provide market feedback in terms of product, quality, pricing, etc. to ensure that they are in tune with market requirements.
f) To work with Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, Spares team in zone & Warehouse to ensure goals and objectives set for Territory are met
g) To build rapport with Distributors/ Distributors to ensure that the channel is developed.
h) To develop local promotion and branding strategy.
i) To provide information on performance of Distributors on a monthly basis.
j) To redress problems/ complaints of Distributors/ distributors by providing timely & relevant MIS from time to time to Zonal Manager.
