Qualification: Diploma / BE / M.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Automobile
Experience: 20+ Yrs Experience in Machining plant having CNC,VMC,HMC machines.
Work location: Chakan in Pune

Having Experience in heading Machine Shop
Relevant knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC programming and Development
Worked in minimum 40 to 50 CNC / VMC Shop
Cutting tools /Fixture/Auto gauging knowledge
NPD knowledge
Role & responsibilities
1. To oversee all activities relating to Units efficiently, effectively, ethically and timely.
2. Head of new product development
3. Knowledge of machine tool design
4. Process finalization
5. Prepare quotation
6. Machine shop layout.
7. Fixture design
Pre-requisites
Should be tech savvy.
Should have a good communication and presentation skill.
Good Personality.
Effective Communication
Knowledge of Systems like 5s, Kaizen,7QC Tools etc.
Time- Management.
