What will my typical day look like/What will I do?

● The role involves identifying & empaneling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors,

Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent

Financial Distributors with JM Financial.

● Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and Mobile app for

providing Knowledge on Primary Market Products (like MF, NFOs, IPO’s, NCDs, Capital

Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, etc.).

● Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis

● The person should have a good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market

products.

● Acquiring new IFDs & advising them on primary market products

● Organising events to develop the Business of IFDs

How much will I be paid?

● CTC Range – Quality candidate can expect higher as well

○ Non-metro – Up to INR 5.5 lakhs per annum

○ Metro – Up to INR 6.5 lakhs per annum

What education qualifications and past experience should I have?

● Graduate

● MBA is a plus

● Minimum 2+ years of experience in Individual Financial Advisor / Agency Channel

● Overall 5 years of Experience

Who is an ideal candidate for this role?

● Someone with experience specifically in an Individual Financial Advisor / Agency

Channel

● Should not hold any IRDA agency/ MF ARN code ( Ideally we should clarify while

screening the candidates during initial conversation)

● Have worked for 1.6years years in Individual Financial Advisor / Agency Channel

● channel

● Should have experience of dealing in Mutual Fund, Insurance, Fixed Income Products
