Mahatta media solutions is looking for a creative and production manager

with 3+ years of experience for the corporate, learning and marketing video content development. You’ll be a part of
the team specialized in creating corporate , training, explainer motion graphics, 2D character, 3D animation , educational video , corporate & Ad film etc. across the industries IT, aviation, Pharma, Automobile, ELearning, Manufacturing, publication, hospitality, finance etc.

Candidate should have good experience of delivering corporate, 2D and 3D animation projects and working with creative and production team of script writers, 2D and 3D animators, editors, cameraman, crew etc. and would be responsible for understanding clients requirement and come up with creative solutions, conceptualization, script development, managing the shoot and handling crew at the client locations pan India.

Major responsibilities.

· Attend client meetings for project brief, able to understand and convert brief into a script and deliver the final video to client with right messaging.

· Explaining the brief to production team and get it done the work.

· Create production designs as per the given script or brief.

· Manage video shoots and coordinate with the crew.

· Evaluate the project , prepare cost sheets. Deliver the project with in approved cost.

· Get it done work from the pre- production and post-production team to
deliver quality work to the client within given timelines.

· Trace the projects progress as per the given millstone & benchmark and
assess the risk in advance, in case of any.

· Handle client escalations efficiently.

· Motivate the team and problem solving.

· Handle & setting up the team as per the project requirements.

· Creating a pool of freelancers and industry professionals.

· Good command on both spoken and written English.

· Able to work in stringent timelines.

· Open to travel across India for client meetings and video shoots.

· Basic knowledge of post-production software’s application.

· The one can create positive environment at the work place and keep himself
updated with new techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
