Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Vocational and Skills Trainer for Automobile (4- wheeler) to join our team and contribute to the training and development of technicians specializing in Skoda Auto

Volkswagen Group vehicles’ services and maintenance. As a Vocational and Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the automobile domain expertise of our technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to provide exceptional service and maintenance for Skoda Auto Volkswagen Group vehicles.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for ITI graduates and diploma holder technicians focusing on Skoda Auto Volkswagen Group vehicles’ services and maintenance.

2. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises, to facilitate effective learning.

3. Deliver training sessions in both classroom and hands-on workshop settings, adapting content to the needs and skill levels of participants.

4. Provide guidance on the latest technological advancements, diagnostic techniques, and repair procedures specific to Skoda Auto Volkswagen Group vehicles.

5. Assess trainees’ progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

5. Collaborate with the Training Manager to continuously update and enhance training curricula based on industry trends and changes.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between training content and dealership service standards.

8. Participate in the development of certification and evaluation processes to measure technician proficiency and skill attainment.

9. Stay current with developments in automotive technology and industry practices related to

Skoda Auto Volkswagen Group vehicles.
