Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager for our automobile division, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities related to our range of automobiles. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure that revenue targets are met or exceeded. You will also play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of automobile sales professionals, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while identifying opportunities for growth.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage automobile inventory levels, ensuring that the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, providing insights into sales performance and recommendations for improvement.

Training and Development: Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize the sales budget to achieve maximum ROI.

Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive changes in sales processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in automobile sales, with a minimum of [X] years in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A deep understanding of the automobile industry and market dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
